1. The Entry closing date will be January 5, 2024
2. No refund of entries will be provided after January 12, 2024.
3. Acceptance will be made on January 23, 2024, and the skips will be notified either via telephone call or email

Player Eligibility
A. Teams will consist of a minimum of three employees, officers or directors engaged full-time in the petroleum industry, exploration, drilling, production, refining, marketing, supportive services and supply.
B. Teams will be allowed one curler not employed in an oil-related industry. This individual CAN NOT play the position of the skip. Any ineligible player skipping may result in disqualification of the entire team. The decision of the bonspiel committee will be final.
C. No more then (2) changes will be accepted from the original entry.
